Last Friday my best friend Kaitlin along with my boy friend decieded to go to Lake Campounds. I normaly do not like heights at all. Actually I'm quite teriffied (just ask my drill seargents from basic). The three of us went on a ride called the RevOlution. What the ride does is in a circle you face outword in a seat and spin clockwise and counter clockwise while going side to side in an arch like motion. While looking at the ride looked fun at a distance it soon became more terryfining as we got closer and closer to it. By the time we were seated I was ready to drop dead of a heart attack. The ride operater told us were to sit and to our surprise the only thing that keeps you in the ride is a cusion in front and in the back of you, no seat belts at all!
I know for a fact I screamed durring the whole forty seconds this ride lasted for and griped on the safety bar the entire time. I do have to confuse the adrinaline rush was worth it, everything was worth it. I was having fun with two people I care about deeply and the the cool air caressing my skin and the smells of the park hit you all at once. The only thing I could think was, this is what it feels like to be fully alive; where your senses are fully awake.
In short, some times you have to risks that you might not be to keen with, but in the long run it might be worth it. You will never know unless you actuly go through with it.
